One or more GPs from the Practice meet with a small group of neighbouring GP practices to discuss referrals. This should include comparing CCG use as a percentage of total referral rates per practice and looking in detail at referrals to one or more specialities chosen in advance by the group. A summary report must be submitted to HSCB no later than 31 March 2016
